We are very pleased to be able to ship our ciders & wines to select states! Currently, have a direct shipper's license for Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Washington DC, and some communities in Alaska.  We also ship to Minnesota, Montana and Arizona. We will be adding new states in the future so please let us know if you live elsewhere and are interested in ordering.
 
We ship in quantities of 3, 6 or 12 bottles per box.  Shipping costs vary and your shipping fee is subject to change. We ship with UPS Ground service.
 
We have designated shipping days and cannot guarantee expedited shipments due to our production schedule and scale. Bright apple fruit infused with the crisp, forest flavors of fir trees. Tangy, tree tones with warm spice from the ginger.  After fermentation, we steep with locally harvested Doug Fir and Grand Fir needles (our kids get paid $5 per bag to collect from the forest around the farm). We then infuse with organic ginger and sweeten with unrefined organic cane sugar for added depth and balance. Lightly carbonated.

Lovely paired with Fall foods; roasted roots, mushroom risotto and hearty stews. Enjoy with an Autumn sunset or a mountaintop vista.

A delectable aroma of sweet citrus and classic apple. Flavors range from tangerine to floral tartness with a gently tannic finish and slight bittersweet sparkle that leaves your palate clean and refreshed. This cider is a slowly fermented blend of classic russeted apples, grown in the Finnriver orchard and sourced around the region. The blend of high acid cider fruit with the gentle bittersweet tannin profile offers a thoughtful combination with layered complexity in the mouth.  A lovely cider to balance spicy foods like jambalaya or Thai noodles.

This cider offers a light, bright taste of the flowering, green fields of spring. Honey from local hives offers a warm sweetness and depth. This floral, earthy nectar sips like a fine, fermented spring tea.  After fermentation, we sweeten the Honey Meadow with local organic honey and then infuse it with lemon balm collected from local meadows and a dash of chamomile. Lightly carbonated.

Pair this cider with coconut curry, lemon braised halibut, spring salads, goat cheese on toasted bread and other sassy spring dishes.

Fermentation is halted by the addition of apple brandy, customdistilled for Finnriver by SkipRock and back sweetened to taste.

Ripe, red raspberry swirls into the brandy vapors and offers a clean delivery of the summer's fresh harvest.  Flavor spreads across the palate. Raspberry wine is fermented from organic raspberry juice.  Fermentation is halted by the addition of apple brandy, custom distilled by SkipRock Distillery.  

Delightful drizzled on ice cream or baked into a sumptuous dessert.

Notes of caramel and oak, with woody roots, rich apple depth and warming brandy heat.  This wine goes through all of the stages of apple metamorphosis: it begins as apple juice which we ferment into an apple wine. We then fortify this wine with our apple brandy. The finished wine ages with oak spirals or in a barrel. This is considered a ‘fortified wine’ and not a distilled spirit. Similar to the French method “vin doux natural,” whereby wines are fortified with a neutral spirit to stop the yeast before fermentation is complete and all sugars have been converted into alcohol. The wines thus retain some naturally occurring sugar, perceived as sweetness on the palate. Our brandy is custom-distilled by Skip Rock Distillers.  

Enjoy with a plate of hard cheese and sliced apple or pear. Also lovely sipped with a sorbet to create a lively exchange of cool and heat.

Deep blackberry nose with an oak barrel profile and warming brandy heat with gentle oxidation to deliver the port style.  Made in a port style; we ferment whole berries, digested by enzyme action to yield their juice. The wine is then settled and filtered, oaked with a medium toast spiral and then fortified with our custom-distilled apple brandy, produced for us at Skip Rock Distillers.

Serve at room temp in a port glass as a digestif or after-dinner wine. Lovely with a salad in the first course, as a sipping wine with oatmeal raisin cookies or biscotti.

A yeast adventure results in this silky, full-bodied cider. Lingering sweetness from the apples brings out tropical aromas of ripe banana, with hints of pepper and clove spice. A low acidity allows the lees to wander and create a gentle cloud. Nutty and bread-like finish.  We ferment this cider in two batches, with two strains of Belgian-style abbey yeast, at high temperatures. Combined, these ferments present the archetypal Belgian beer nose of tropical fruit with hints of spice and pepper. We use a subtle infusion of oak to fill in the body and then sweeten with organic cane sugar.  

Pair with a burger piled high with carmelized onions and a side of sweet potato fries, or with goat cheese salad and candied pecans.

An earthy, amber-colored cider with an aroma of warm bread and sweet apple. Offers a rustic taste of the ripe orchard and hearty homestead cider tradition. Nutty with a sharp acidity that balances a gentle tannic finish. Unfiltered lees lend body to this cider.  Inspired by World Apple Day in October, we invite friends and neighbors to bring their bruised, bitter and bizarre apples to the farm to add to the bins. We then press and ferment this medley of fruit, and slightly sweeten to balance acidity and tannins. We conduct three different ferments with three different yeast strains to harvest subtleties from each and combine together for a cloudy yet clean farmhouse cider. Sweetened with organic cane sugar. This cider is lightly filtered to maintain rustic character and earthy finish. Lightly carbonated. A portion of proceeds is donated back to local charities.  

Farmstead cider pairs well with heartier foods such as wood fired pizza, polenta, sausage, burgers and corn on the cob.
