We are very pleased to be able to ship our ciders & wines to select states! Currently, have a direct shipper's license for Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Washington DC, and some communities in Alaska.  We also ship to Minnesota, Montana and Arizona. We will be adding new states in the future so please let us know if you live elsewhere and are interested in ordering.
 
We ship in quantities of 3, 6 or 12 bottles per box.  Shipping costs vary and your shipping fee is subject to change. We ship with UPS Ground service.
 
We have designated shipping days and cannot guarantee expedited shipments due to our production schedule and scale. Ripe, red raspberry swirls into the brandy vapors and offers a clean delivery of the summer's fresh harvest.  Flavor spreads across the palate. Raspberry wine is fermented from organic raspberry juice.  Fermentation is halted by the addition of apple brandy, custom distilled by SkipRock Distillery.  

Delightful drizzled on ice cream or baked into a sumptuous dessert.

This cider begins with aromas of unripened olives up front, offers slightly briny notes on the mid palate, and then finishes with gentle nuances of bitter oak and pine needles. Cloudy in the bottle and the keg, the Spanish generally take their cider un-carbonated and at room temperature; we bend a little and give this a gentle bubble while allowing the lees to persist and deepen the nutty bitterness.   A Spanish style cider fermented with open head space in the tank allowing exposure to oxygen, which promotes the wild vinegar bacteria that provide the pungent acetic nose these ciders are famous for. This cider carries an acidity from tart culinary apples and a finishing astringency from a touch of oak. Fermented with oak and lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar.

Pairs well with grilled oysters, a variety of green olives, sharp, dry cheeses such as Manchego, Petite Basque or Mt Townsend Creamery’s Campfire.

Locally grown saffron gives this cider its warm color and a gentle bittersweet earthiness, balanced with the rounded flavors of anise and fennel, finishing on a light lingering licorice note.  We crafted this cider around the time of the Winter Solstice, inspired by the local saffron grown at Phocas Farms in Port Angeles.  The bright cider features fermented organic apples delicately steeped with herbs in honor of the early spring and the returning light. Lightly carbonated.

Pair this cider with saffron inspired dishes or with a range of Mediterranean or Indian foods, also minty rice, sushi, summer salads with edible flowers or lightly braised vegetables.

Notes of caramel and oak, with woody roots, rich apple depth and warming brandy heat.  This wine goes through all of the stages of apple metamorphosis: it begins as apple juice which we ferment into an apple wine. We then fortify this wine with our apple brandy. The finished wine ages with oak spirals or in a barrel. This is considered a ‘fortified wine’ and not a distilled spirit. Similar to the French method “vin doux natural,” whereby wines are fortified with a neutral spirit to stop the yeast before fermentation is complete and all sugars have been converted into alcohol. The wines thus retain some naturally occurring sugar, perceived as sweetness on the palate. Our brandy is custom-distilled by Skip Rock Distillers.  

Enjoy with a plate of hard cheese and sliced apple or pear. Also lovely sipped with a sorbet to create a lively exchange of cool and heat.

Deep blackberry nose with an oak barrel profile and warming brandy heat with gentle oxidation to deliver the port style.  Made in a port style; we ferment whole berries, digested by enzyme action to yield their juice. The wine is then settled and filtered, oaked with a medium toast spiral and then fortified with our custom-distilled apple brandy, produced for us at Skip Rock Distillers.

Serve at room temp in a port glass as a digestif or after-dinner wine. Lovely with a salad in the first course, as a sipping wine with oatmeal raisin cookies or biscotti.

Delicate and luscious with delightful pear bouquet and warming finish.  We take pear juice which we ferment into a pear wine. We then fortify this wine with our apple brandy and if needed, back-sweeten with pear juice. The finished wine ages with oak spirals or in a barrel.
